Refer a Friend Promotion
Client will receive a single time 1000 INR refer-a-friend discount for each ‘friend’ he/she refers on language courses in case the client and ‘friend’ comply with the following requirements.
- The client referred a ‘friend’ who signed up for the same type of course/program as the client and for the same timeframe.
- The ‘friend’ made a full payment for the course/program
- When the ‘friend’ asks for a refund after the full payment is made, the discount will not be granted to the client.
- The friend has used/informed the GiL Institute before the start of the course of his desire to use the (correct) unique referral code that he got from the client, the client has received this code in his confirmation E-mail.
The referred and the referrer cannot be the same person.
The following terms and conditions apply for the refer-a-friend discount.
- For language courses the refer-a-friend promotion has a maximum of 5000 INR discount.
- For the language courses promotions or other discounts can’t be combined, for example the early bird promotion can’t be combined with the refer-a-friend promotion. Therefore the discount will be deducted from the original course prices.
- Promotions do not apply in case client or friend has booked via the help of one of our cooperation partners.
- In case client already paid before the friend referral reward is granted, the client can choose to either get 1000 INR discount on their next Language course.
- Only client, not the ‘friend’, will receive the discount
- Vouchers and discounts are not redeemable for money and cannot be used on previous purchases.
- Referral discounts are not valid on tax costs.
- Eligibility is limited to individuals only; the refer-a-friend promotion cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation and posted on discount sites.
- The GiL Institute reserves the right to withhold rewards in case the GiL Institute suspects/has the opinion that the requirements/terms and conditions are not met/breached or fraudulent activity has taken place.
The GiL Institute reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend promotion or to change these Terms and Conditions at any times in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral credits will be forfeited at that time.
Early bird promotion (language courses)
Clients will receive all a single time 1000 INR early bird discount on the language course(s) if they sign up more than 2 weeks before the course starting date. The clients need to comply with the following requirements to receive the discount.
- The clients need to sign up and pay the course 14 days or more before the course starts.
- The ‘clients’ need to make a full payment for the course.
- The early bird promotion needs to be active/valid at the time the clients sign the contract. To find out if the early bird promotion is valid see the information in our social media posts or check the website.
The following terms and conditions apply for the early bird promotion
- For the language courses promotions/discounts can’t be combined, for example the early bird promotion can’t be combined with the refer-a-friend promotion. Therefore the discount will be deducted from the original course prices.
- The early bird promotion is only valid on language courses and not on the DVT program, FSJ program or the Combined program.
- Promotions do not apply in case client or friend has booked via the help of one of our cooperation partners.
- In case client already paid before the reward is granted, the client can choose to either get 1000 INR discount on the ‘friend’s’ price and arrange further details with his ‘friend’ or to get a 1000 INR voucher that can be used for future course/program purchase.
- Vouchers and discounts are not redeemable for money and cannot be used on previous purchases.
- Discounts are not valid on tax costs.
